Professionalism was a pleasant surprise for what I have considered a small dealership. Often passed by simply because there was not a lot of cars on the lot. However after some poor salesman experiences at considered a small dealership. Often passed by simply because there was not a lot of cars on the lot. However after some poor salesman experiences at out of town dealers we stopped in and figured what can we lose. Well we met Chris Ganshorn and the car search improved dramatically. After listening to our needs , Chris had us in a test drive - by ourselves and also arranged for us to take the vehicle home for a deeper dive. He gave us an out the door number with a nice trade value. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the processes of sales, financing and delivery. Jeremy Cupp handled the paperwork and thoroughly explained warranty options. There was no high pressure anywhere in the process. More
