A friendly, helpful and honest dealership and a good experience. Aggressive on the sales end of things. As a result, I was never asked what I needed or wanted in a vehicle. They offered clear and concise information about cars they had on hand. I would have been interested in hearing about the all the options/features available from Toyota. It would have been helpful had the primary sales people given me their name and phone number or email to make it easier to reach them after leaving the dealership . My deal was efficiency handled and they made sure all the details were taken care of properly. They provided me with a lot of time saving tips as well. I am delighted with this vehicle which is even better than described or expected. Overall, Lipton is a good dealership with friendly, well-informed staff. They are quite busy but produce good results in the end.

This is my second time buying from this dealership. The service has always been pleasant and respectful from the start. Of course they want to sell the car, however in the process they are very honest and don't lie to you. You can also ask for someone who's a little more relaxed and patient. The place is nice, good advice and great explanation. Previous dealerships that I visited before, lied to me. They told me they would run my credit without affecting my score (soft inquiry). Fortunately, my credit was frozen, and they couldn't access my information.

Finance Directer was the best part of the transaction. He knew we had to be at our granddaughters dance recital and he expedited the paperwork nicely. Even followed up on how the recital went. I was impressed with how he sensed the urgency of the moment. Sales manger was a bit deceiving. We were not ready to buy a new car however after visiting 3 Toyota dealerships 441 Toyota had the vehicle my wife liked and they pounced. The sales manager lead us to believe that our trade in was going to be wholesaled but 2 days after the transaction they are selling it on their lot for $2300 more than that they gave us for it. I went against every control I put in place when buying a new car and paid more than I should've, 441 Toyota did their job buy getting the most for their vehicle and giving us less for ours. Ultimately it was my decision to buy it so the culpability falls on me.
