Simon spearheaded the effort to get me the exact model I wanted with the exterior and interior color we wanted. He also found me a rear wheel drive model since I did not want the most commonly available all wheel drive. Simon and all the other staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and fair. Have only had one interaction with the service dept., & was really delighted that Corey was able to solve an ongoing problem I had since I bought the car in April. Several of the sales people tried to help me originally; but, the problem required someone with real technical knowledge. It took several attempts to rectify the issue; but, it was finally resolved!! Now, I can use the car features which I couldn’t access before. The other service people were very kind & attempted to help as well. Hopefully, all my future dealings with service issues will be handled just as carefully & as pleasantly as this one was. I really appreciated all the effort that everyone put int to resolve the problem I was having. Thanks for the great help!!!!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

I highly recommend freds executive auto for your car shopping. My brother bought a car from here and him and his family have been customers here for over 10 years! I was shopping for a car for about 3 months with no luck, finding the right car was difficult but my brother recommend for me to come to friends. When I called and spoke to the manager I knew I was going to buy my car here by how welcoming and helpful these people were. It took them less then a week to find the car I wanted.
