After studying my recent visits, Elvis consulted with the assigned technician and Linda, the service manager. He proposed an ideal solution which provides me some leeway for my next visit, kept my costs reasonable, addressed all recommended service requirements, and put me back on the road quickly. The Silver Spring Porsche team is wonderful - from scheduling and your greeting through the after service follow-up. If you have not visited for service, give them a try. I had been searching high and low for the perfect Palisade—right color, right features, everything. When I finally found one online, I left a message, hoping it would still be available. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about Said—he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, and because of that, I’ll be coming back to work with him for my next car. Thank Guys!

Service was speedy, staff was attentive to time, made several suggestions but pointed out that my six year inspection was fast approaching. I will certainly return for that. I was caught off guard as I traveled out of town with an unscheduled issue. I coasted into Ourisman just before they closed for the day and they hooked my GTI up on the machine. They didn’t put me off, they made me feel at home, helped me with a loaner, and 100% took care of my “girl.” The three fellas with whom I became acquainted took their time, and although this is over an hour from my location, I will travel here for maintenance. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.
