I had a phenomenal experience at Star Nissan of Bayside, and I especially want to shout out my salesperson, Justin. Justin was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He knows his cars, answers questions clearly, and greets you with the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re dealing with someone who actually cares — not just someone trying to make a sale. What stood out most is that Justin came across as trustworthy, and in the car business, that means a lot. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made the experience smooth and easy. I also have to give credit to Star Nissan of Bayside as a dealership. We had already closed the deal, signed everything, and were done. Then they actually called me back because new incentives became available and my payment went down. They had no obligation to do that, but they chose to share those savings with me and have me come back to re-sign at the better rate. That says a lot about how they do business. I’m sure the dealership still came out winning too — it’s a business — but the fact that they made sure I benefited from the lower payment really impressed me. Overall, I highly recommend Justin and Star Nissan of Bayside. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and easy to work with, ask for Justin.

The service was systematic. They had a plan of inquiry that began with irregular maintenance call that led into a new lease. I mentioned my limitations they worked on every single thing I picked up my car the same day I came in. I was there a little longer. However, I’ve been getting the car from the same dealership for 18 years. I utilize the time to see some of the old people in many of the new people that I haven’t seen because of the new services that they have where I don’t have to come in personally. The new people are trained well they execute well and I appreciate the incentives that I was able to receive from them, as well as getting to see new talent ease into their new positions.
