I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee from Teterboro Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After initially walking away from the deal, Sales Manager Tyler contacted me and discussed specific terms over the phone. However, when I returned to the dealership, the offer had changed. This was frustrating and made the purchasing process much more stressful than expected. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family experienced a serious issue when the Jeep failed to accelerate properly and became stuck in first gear at approximately 540 miles. This created a significant safety concern while driving and resulted in an unexpected service visit for a brand-new vehicle. I also want to note that after the purchase, my wife attempted to contact our salesperson, Zuly, regarding concerns about the vehicle. Unfortunately, our calls were not returned, leaving us feeling unsupported during an already difficult situation. I do appreciate the efforts of the service department staff. This is the second Jeep our family has owned, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I am simply sharing what happened to my family. I believe businesses should value and support loyal customers, especially when serious concerns arise shortly after the purchase of a new vehicle. I hope that our experience encourages improvements in communication, customer service, and follow-up care for future customers.

I came in at 5pm and left at 11pm with my car you talking about service. My time waiting was an experience it self lol Scott kept me entertained lol we talked about so many different things 😅 my mom had a great time sitting in the dealership enjoying Scott. I must say again the staff was the best part of buying my car. My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it - Out of Patience

My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it towed to Huntington Dodge Commack because I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased it. They said it was the starter, replaced it and it seemed okay for a few weeks. I got stuck again and had it towed to them again. It has been there for 18 days so far. I was told it would be ready today and now they are saying that the part has not arrived and are blaming UPS. It was ordered 4 days ago. really?? Once the problem is diagnosed they claim 3 days for it to be approved even though they said that it is covered. Once approved another 3 days to order the parts. They replaced the PTM - now they think it is the alternator. Was it misdiagnosed the first time? No courtesy vehicle. Big expense with towing and having to Uber to work etc. I feel that they don't want you to come there because it is a warranty repair. The staff has been courteous but the procedures they have to follow are unreasonable. Why not order the part right away? It's MOPAR. If for some reason it is not approved- return it. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.
