I stopped by Garavel just to look at the new model Jeeps, with no intention of purchasing a new one at this time. I was introduced to salesman Brian Crowe, who dropped everything and went out of his way to w with no intention of purchasing a new one at this time. I was introduced to salesman Brian Crowe, who dropped everything and went out of his way to walk around the lot with me. This was particularly impressive because the dealership was very busy on this day, and Brian was aware that I was not planning on purchasing anything right away. Because of the time Brian took with me, and the research he did on my behalf to see what deals were active through Jeep, moving forward with a purchase began to make sense. Throughout the entire process Brian was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries, and he ultimately presented me with a deal that I was very happy with. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision, and I was ultimately comfortable moving forward with the deal because of how comfortable I was working with Brian. More

Great job selling me a car. Poor job of communicating sale of my trade in. Was complicated due to my son’s terrible injury and me/my wife being co-conservators.
