Completed a long distance deal with Scranton for the vehicle located through Autotrader. Everything was well done. All the checklists and records were completely produced. Cody was friendly and efficient as was Kamila Pelliccia. The vehicle was clean and ran well on the 4hr. drive home. My only complaint is the document fee of over $900 for a few records going to Connecticut. Its partly on me, because I am not a great negotiator, but it still rubs me the wrong way. It seems all car dealers charge these fees these days, but I feel there should be some accounting for how much is charged.

The cars available at the Tasca Woonsocket Chev dealership are fantastic. Shelby's, Cameros, Corvettes etc etc. I purchased an 8 yr old Vette, with less than 15,000 mls. Car was spotless. Price was within reason, compared to other dealers my wife and I had visited. The sales and management teams were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend considering them, particularly if you like style, power, and class.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. On July 16, I stopped in to look at a vehicle and met with Aidan Smith. Sadly, that vehicle just wasn’t was I was looking for. Aidan was nice and understood and I went on my way. Unfortunately for me, I ended up in a nightmare with a different local dealership over the next few days which made me extremely hesitant and leery of the “bigger” dealerships. But Aidan had left a good impression on me when I originally met him, so I reached out again about a 2021 Tahoe he had just got in. He responded back to me within 20 minutes. I said I would stop by in that same afternoon to look at it. Aidan was prepared when I got there and got right down to showing and explaining everything about the vehicle to me. It was exactly what I was looking for so we started the number crunching process with Tony. I was back within 36 hours to finalize the deal. Aidan was not only kind, genuine and honest but he was also upfront and transparent about the vehicle and whole process. Not only did he stand by what he said, but he actually cared about what he was doing. When I had originally met him a week earlier, he had told me he was a “man of his word” - he really is. From our first email to getting the new registration and sticker on it, Aidan did not let 1 ball drop. No matter how big or tiny of a detail it was, he paid attention to it. From start to finish, at no point did I feel pressured, skeptical or leery about anything. Aidan’s approach and follow-through is unmatched to any other experience I have had in my 30 years of buying cars and I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from McGovern again. Both he and Tony managed to restore my faith in both humanity and the car buying process.

We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time.
