I had a truly wonderful experience buying my new 2026 Denali Terrain, thanks to Neil. He found an incredibly unique model I didn’t think I’d be able to get, and was helpful and supportive through every step of the process. What meant the most was how kind and empathetic Neil was when I shared that I had recently lost my husband and needed a reliable family vehicle. He listened, showed genuine care, and made everything feel easier during a really emotional time. I absolutely love this car and feel confident, safe, and excited for the years ahead with it. Scott met us outside and was very helpful as we were looking for a used Yukon that we had done a search for. He was able to find it in no time and let us try it out. He went over every little detail of the vehicle and we did sign the P$S that day. He actually delivered it to the following week after it was detailed. There was no pressure to purchase if we felt it wasn't what we were looking for.

We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. Marcin and Hurd Auto made purchasing and maintaining a new vehicle a pleasant experience.
