I’ve been buying vehicles for over 3 decades now, all new, and have for the most part found the buying process to be somewhat adversarial, transactional in nature and with a focus from a dealership persp new, and have for the most part found the buying process to be somewhat adversarial, transactional in nature and with a focus from a dealership perspective on simply making the sale as opposed to trying to forge a long-term relationship. From the outset, Tom was honest, upfront and focused more on what my needs were than using old-school pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle.
