This is in regards to both the finance department/finance manager Jon Warren and the service department. First I'll start with the service. I purchased a used 2021 ram 1500 truck from them in September 2025. The sale included 4 new tires which were put on a few days later which was fine but for some reason they did not have the physical registration in their possession yet when I had gone back to the dealership for tires. Ok not a huge deal but I had 7 days to get an inspection sticker which was quickly approaching. Once I finally was emailed the registration I was planning to go get a sticker the next day but the CEL came on for a faulty air dam shutter located in the grill so I contacted my salesman to let him know of the issue. Since was under the initial warranty period I could not seek service elsewhere and would have to have them look at it. So again I drove an hour+ to dealership to have them run diagnostics to check the problem and after 2 hrs waiting they informed me that it was in fact a faulty grille shutter system and they would have to order the parts and would call me when they came in to schedule a day to have repaired. So due to that issue I now had until the beginning of November to have the inspection done to allow time to get the parts in and have the repair done. Needless to say the dealership never called me back to give an update on if they got the parts in or to schedule a day to have it done even after reaching out to them to inquire about it. November came and went and nothing. Now during this time the check engine light turned off and the code cleared so I was able to get an inspection sticker but this is beyond the point because clearly there is an issue with that particular part/system that needed to be addressed and they were supposed to take care of it especially considering it was within the first 90 days of purchase. Now onto the finance department and specifically the manager Jon Warren. At the time of purchase I added a vehicle service contract, which on my actual contract in several places, states that it is through Allstate. This leads to the next issue of the truck needing service. In early February I went to my local ram dealership due to a hard shifting issue and after an extensive diagnosis it was determined to be in need of 2 front CV axles and service to the front differential. I explained I had a service contact though Allstate when I purchased the truck and gave them the information I had including the claims phone number. They called me back stating that Allstate had no record of me having a contract with them even though that what I was told and states on my purchase contract. Come to find out the service contract was through another company called smart autocare which I was not aware of. Long story short after spending a very large amount of money on this service contract and over a week for an adjuster from smart autocare to come out to the ram dealership to approve the work they would only cover basically half of the required parts and labor that was necessary to be done even though supposedly this was their "best policy". This set me back nearly $2k after all said and done. After this ordeal I decided to cut my losses with smart autocare and wanted to cancel and go a different direction. On 2/20 I drove to the dealership to cancel and was told by Jon I needed certain paperwork to initiate the cancellation which I didn't have handy but he gave me his card and told me to email him what is needed, which I did on 2/21, and assured me he will take care of it. After sending several emails to Jon in the next 2 weeks to check on the status, which he never responded to once, I made another trip to the dealership on 3/6 to hand him the documents in person and he said it would be taken care of. So here we are 3 weeks later on 3/30 and after yet more unresponded to emails I still have not received a confirmation email from him as promised. Would not recommend this dealership! More

From the start, he treated me with genuine respect and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and he made sure I understood every step along the way. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their decision. If you’re going to this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Ayoub — he made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel simple and enjoyable. More
The salesperson, Ayoub Dakiri, did a good job setting up the purchase of the 2026 Sierra. He was very responsive to my questions and requests. That being said, the other aspects of the transaction were not the purchase of the 2026 Sierra. He was very responsive to my questions and requests. That being said, the other aspects of the transaction were not good. On 10/24 when I arrived to take delivery, we waited almost 2 hours before being told we could not take the truck and it would need to be delivered to NH. The delivery on 10/27 went good with Ayoub delivering the truck and taking the trade in back. Finance dept took almost 1 month to payoff the balance on my trade resulting with me having to pay an additional payment. My emails to Finance asking for status about the payoff were not answered. I had to text Ayoub to get any updates. The new truck is great, but most of the buying experience was not good. More

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Denali from Albrecht GMC of Wakefield, MA, and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. When negotiating the deal, the salesman assured me tha GMC of Wakefield, MA, and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. When negotiating the deal, the salesman assured me that my interest rate would be around 3%. I trusted what I was told, signed the paperwork quickly (as they rushed me through it), and later received my first statement—only to find out that I’m being charged 8.19%. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime, and I have never been misled or tricked in this way. This dealership tells you one thing to get the deal done, then buries the truth in the paperwork before you realize what’s happening. It feels dishonest and deceptive. If you value transparency and trust, I would strongly recommend staying far away from Albrecht GMC of Wakefield. I will never do business with them again. More
Absolutely terrible experience. My truck has been sitting at this dealership for over 3 months waiting on repairs, and the entire process has been nothing but a nightmare. From day My truck has been sitting at this dealership for over 3 months waiting on repairs, and the entire process has been nothing but a nightmare. From day one, met with Jason, the communication has been almost non-existent. I had to constantly chase them down for updates, only to be told vague excuses or flat-out lies. Every time I called, I either got passed around or was told someone would call me back — which almost never happened. When I finally did get someone on the line, the story kept changing. First, they blamed the delay on parts, then on the technician, then back to the parts. I was told “next week” at least ten times. Still no truck. No loaner vehicle available. What makes it worse is the dishonesty . I was told the part was ordered weeks ago, only to find out later it hadn’t even been processed. Then they claimed it was on backorder nationally — again, no real proof, no updates, just another excuse. Then told me to contact GMC customer service to open a warranty claim to see where your part on ETA. Smh! Do your job buddy! They’ve had my truck longer than I’ve owned it. No loaner vehicle offered, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no accountability. This dealership is filled with poor communicators, flat-out liars and desperately need professional training. I’ve lost time, money, and trust, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time, headache and stay away from the dealership! Thank me later! More
