From the time I arrived to the minute I drove off the lot in my brand new 2024 crosstrek was the most stress free experience I've ever had. I went in with the mindset that most sales people are in it just for the $$$ which in part is true but at Granite Subaru they actually took the time and listened to me and didn't try to sell me extra things that I didn't need also the manager worked his but off to get me a decent rate on my car loan. I would also highly recommend their service department for all your car needs they were fast and not really expensive and right now we can all use a little savings.

Outstanding, five star service. Mark in the Service Department and the younger mechanic who serviced my car today, December 30, deserve a bonus. I walked in this afternoon in a panic because my Subaru, which I need to drive back to DC, had a complete system failure. Mark was extremely patient with me and helped me get the claim number associated with the battery defect class action suit. Once Mark got that, he set up my car with an excellent mechanic (I wish I got his name) who did the diagnostics and needed repairs in about an hour. My Subaru is working like a charm again. I cannot thank North Reading Subaru enough for getting my car ready to go again for my drive back to DC. Your team is the best.
