So pleased with McGovern Toyota of Nashua. Was hearing a scraping noise on the left rear brake. Called McGovern of Nashua they said if I get there right at 7AM they could fit me into the schedule. I had explained that I needed to leave by 12:30 for another appointment. They said don't worry. I got there at 6:50 AM and was the 5th car in line. They replaced the pads and rotors on the back brakes and resurfaced the front rotors (front pads were at 8/10 so still good). Luckily they had all the required parts. They had the job done by 11. They were very good about explaining the situation. The report from the mechanic even had a video of my wheels/brakes which made it easier for the Service Representative to explain what was going on. The video was extra helpful when I ask to have the front break situation explained for a second time. The Service Representative, Mike, patiently explained the technical details of the rotor and the tool that was used to perform the resurfacing. Mike the service representative was very good to work with. The price was competitive as well. After driving the car the brakes are now quiet and perform so much better than before the job.

Had my 2010 FJ towed to Koch Toyota after serpentine belt broke while in Leominster. Get a msg early next morning from Natasha Allen, Service Consultant. She got my FJ in, belt replaced and kept me informed of progress. Excellent tech work. Outstanding Customer Service, 5 Star. Natasha is the best.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
