At one time before we were happy with the service but last time our service was very slow and communication was poor. We had 3 requests for service and let them know what we accepted and declined on line thru their website. It took almost 3 weeks and I had to call about my car. Received a call from service manager later after I picked my car up and he told me he would check to see why it took so long never got a call back. No problem I’ll take it somewhere else.

First of all, I had the top salesman at the dealership Lewis Harrison he was very patient and took the time to show me all of the different models and answer any questions I had with honesty and transparency. when it got down to crunching the numbers the business manager Michael Hernandez really stepped up to the plate patiently explaining all of the different finance options and incentive programs, I felt that he really went to bat for me. We stopped by to take a quick look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. We walked in and asked the receptionist to introduce us to a salesman. Steven Davis walked up, greeted us and took us out to look at a Santa Fe. Since it was rainy we chose not to drive it. We were in no hurry to purchase, just window shopping. About a week later we were in the neighborhood and stopped by to drive a Santa Fe. Steven was there and allowed us to drive one. We weren't intending to buy for another few weeks but did want to have our trade appraised. A few numbers back and forth and they ended up offering us a deal we could not refuse. They actually gave us the high end of KBB trade value. That never happens! The entire process was great. Easy, no pressure, and a fair deal. Finance also went smooth with no surprise add-ons.
