I have never experienced such a toxic combination of dishonesty and aggressive customer service in my life. We negotiated a deal on a used service loaner with 3,000 miles. We shook hands and agreed on a price , scheduling the final paperwork for today. > When we arrived, they completely reneged on the handshake agreement and hit us with the initial price of $41,500—which is essentially the MSRP of a brand-new version of this car since it’s more than a year old and most of them sit on the lots for 300 days. They tried to brush it off as a "miscommunication" and claimed the salesperson "misspoke," which is a classic, greasy dealership tactic to lock you into a deal and then jack up the price once you're emotionally invested. > To make matters worse, when we came in on Saturday, they completely hid the fact that the vehicle had an open manufacturer recall on it. If I hadn't pulled the Carfax report myself, they probably would have let us drive off without a word. > When I pushed for accountability and asked why the price magically jumped $3,000, the General Manager came out. Instead of de-escalating or honoring their word, he was incredibly hostile, condescending, and told me, “We need to just stop talking.” > Well, GM, consider the conversation over. We walked away and will be taking our hard-earned money to a dealership that respects its customers and possesses basic integrity. If you value your time, your wallet, and your sanity, stay far away from this place. They are unprofessional. More

He was rude from the start not only to the customers but also to the salesman who initially showed us around, considering he was new. He treated us more like a bother than valued customers. Once we mentioned knowing a different salesperson working for the same company, he began telling us we should have just gone to him instead and that he should not have started our paperwork at all. Was very arrogant and kept repeating that he knew what he was doing all whilst continuing to belittle the trainee. He then told us he wasn’t ’kicking us out’ but that there was nothing he could do for us without ever running our information. More

She was very short and rude to a young couple who came in while I was waiting for my car . Not impressed at all . Much improvement needed. I’m pretty certain the manager was in his office attached to the lobby . I guess he didn’t have a problem with the way the department was run . Won’t be buying another Hyundai . I’m going back to Toyota . More
