I needed the blue link activated on my car and nobody would help me. I had to spend hours on the phone with Hyundai trying to get it turned on. Then I never got the free 3 month trial for the wifi hotspot. I had to call Verizon for another 2 hour conversation to get that turned on at full price. I am now trying to get their attention to take a warranty off that I told them I never wanted and they are dodging my phone calls, let alone calling me back. I went in and talked to Emily and she they can't take the warranty off because they had installed the screen protector, door gaurds, and window tint. The service tech verified that there was no screen protector, or door guards on the car, and I did the tint myself. They still haven't agreed to refund the warranty. This was the one thing I needed on the vehicle so for the sales team to not know this option wasn't present on the vehicle I purchases was very disappointing.
