Trevor was helpful and accommodating. You could tell he really cared about the service he provided and his customers. It was a little frustrating not getting updates on our vehicle’s progress. We had to call multiple times to get updates. It would’ve been nice to know when our part was in, when they started working on it and etc. we understood that they were waiting for a part but it would’ve been nice to get a little more communication.

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning.
