We already knew about it, but didn’t realize it could have been handled by the dealership. No biggie; we would still recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Excellent Service Dept. Axel did a lot of research and many phone calls to find the problem with the entertainment screen in our Lincoln Navigator. It is fixed and running great. If it wasn't for Axel we would still have problems. In addition our Lincoln was under recall for over a year, and they fixed that too. Job well done.

worst experience ever buying a new vehicle. horrible customer service. lied to by Eric Foster about getting problems resolved. I was called names by Manager Ben Lindberg and then told they would have no more contact with me. Obviously the owner doesnt know about these unprofessional employees. Stay away! Ford motor company isn't any better at getting issues resolved. Still, no excuse. Has now been 10 1/2 months. Very poor dealership. they would rather pay lawyers in litigation than fix their customers problems. Really sad. Yet they still have excuses for everything. Blame anyone and accept no responsibility or come up with a solution to fix a problem. would like to resolve with the owner but obviously he doesnt care.

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

Everyone was friendly and really knew what needed to be done. I even got a new license plate - no need to go to the DMV. I will certainly look here when I need a new vehicle.

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

I had called and spoke with Amy. She was super great!! My car needed so much in repairs and I had told her I was thinking about not getting it repaired because the car was nickel and diming me. She told me I should still come in because you might be able to buy this car from me and use it towards getting into a new vehicle. She was right, I went in and ended up leaving in a brand new car (which I love) She even called me a couple days after the fact just to make sure I was taken care. I have never had that kind of customer service before. I have sent a couple people your way and 2 of them have also purchased vehicles. I was dreading cominh in and now I am so glad. Thank you Amy
