Meagen was beyond great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Talking to her the first time made me feel like she knew me my whole life. It was, by far, the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a car. She is the reason I am giving the dealership 5 stars instead of less. My problem was with the finance side. First, I couldn't get things started because all of the finance people were in some mandatory monthly meeting. I am the GM of a 20 million dollar company and as far as I am concerned, any company willing to put a meeting in front of their customers is failing. I almost backed out of the whole thing because of that but you can thank Meagen for talking me down. I left a message for Devin to call me about wire transfer information at 10 AM and had to call back at 4pm to try and get it again. I check messages more than once in 6 hours. I am not sure why transfer information isn't readily available for a customer trying to pay for a vehicle in cash. If I didn't call again I would have had to wait another day just to transfer the money. These delays cost me an additional two days in rental car fees which made me feel like Heiser is unorganized. Thanks again to Meagen for delivering my car to me while I was at work. She left me feeling great about my purchase even after the delays. You are lucky to have an empathetic employee like her that understands how to read her customers and know what to say and how to say it. Honestly, if I had a car dealership I would try to get her to work for me. I do not know who Bassim Farhoud is, I never talked to him nor have I met him so I am not sure how to rate him which is why I won't. I would like to mention some of your other employees that were especially good. Leela greeted us at the door and was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew who we were meeting with which gave me a great feeling about Heiser. Kratia set up my appointment when I called. She was kind enough to introduce herself and made me feel like I mattered. They both were very professional and friendly which made my experience that much better. One of the best experiences I have had in a dealership from the people at the front desk to the entire sales floor.

Worst customer service ever bought newer used vehicle engine light came on a week later had wire issue they said spliced wires together not even asking for repair to be made gave my son a new buyer a bill for 700.00 so called talked to manager said nothing could be done on bill didn’t even have 2 weeks and bought a extended warranty which they said doesn’t cover also we just purchased a new 26 vehicle there 2 months before that so that’s where we brought our son to buy bad mistake very very arrogant people don’t care about there customers just to make a profit on something that should have been taken care of by dealership on a certified vehicle never going back and hope others don’t either

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

I was not planning on being a customer; an unexpected mechanical issue nearly derailed my family vacation. Breaking down just outside of Rice Lake I limped into the dealership. I attempted to track rental cars, Ubers, taxis, shuttles, trains and planes to get us to our destination and we appeared to be stuck. Dray, Sean and Carolyn went completely above and beyond to make sure we ended up at the Dells as planned. I cannot express my continuing gratitude towards everyone at Link Motors to get us to where we needed to go.

I was in the market for a vehicle and had 70K to spend - I was trying to decide between a Lincoln Aviator, a Lexus, a Genesis or a Infiniti, I got to the Lincoln dealership and was greeted by Steven Jacobsen. I wanted to drive an Aviator and informed Steven that I was looking to buy a car that day and the vehicles I was deciding between. He was very professional and spent time with me in the car explaining all the features. He did not bad mouth the other vehicle types or high pressure me to stay and complete the sale on the Lincoln with him, when he knew I was for sure selecting a vehicle that day. He had such a nice calming personality and I felt at ease and respected through the entire process. I ended up selecting the Lincoln, not only because of the vehicle benefits but also because of the salesman. People buy from people they trust.
