I had taken my Jeep in for warranty work. They got my Jeep in the same day and completed the work by the next day. They arranged to have me vehicle dropped off at my house when i was at work, which was so helpful. After getting home from work to verify the work done , i had to stop at the dealer to sign some paperwork. Upon arriving i had INCORRECTLY asserted that they had not replaced the part in question based on pictures I had taken before the work looked identical to after the work, well i should have taken pics of the correct part..... They had in fact done the correct work and had done a great job. I was wrong as I misidentified the part in question. Brenda, Rob, and the mechanic( don't know his name) deserve an apology for me holding their ethics in doubt. Despite my negative attitude, they remained professional and pleasant, even providing the old components that were replaced as proof. The Uptown service department team went above and beyond on this one and I would definitely recommend them for service work.
