Purchased a new car about two weeks ago and it was a great experience. Came in today to get my tire checked out and to receive my new license plates. Matt was EXTREMELY helpful as well as Micheala. Aden did great job at informing me what was going on while I waited. This dealership really does go above and beyond for their customers.

They were the only ones in a 80 mile radius selling the car I wanted, (Ford Mustang GT 2013-2014) Sergio and the guys helped me pick it up and go same day for a great deal compared to the other dealers I’d gone to. The water pump went out shortly after I got the vehicle and they took care of it within a couple days no charge to me, and their platinum dealer warranty they offer is much better than most you’ll find. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone searching for a new or used car, I drove up from redmond and it was worth the trip!

Excellent service department! I will not take my Suburban anywhere else. They will listen to your concerns, try and figure out the problem and have excellent communication. They will let you know what your vehicle needs without pressure to do services that don’t apply to the current problem… no heavy upselling or dismissal if your budget can’t fit all of what they recommend. Really nice folks, everyone I have worked with is fantastic!

The BEST around! We are seniors and don’t drive much and Bickford has this awesome service whereby they come and pick up your vehicle, take it in and service it to your requirements then bring it back! Amazing. Only took a couple of hours and we got er done. Needed an oil change, new wiper blades, cabin air filter change, tires rotated. They called to let us know how much was left on the brakes and tires and to take our payment. It was even less than quoted! Thanks Bickford for being an innovative dealership.

Car did have a broken taillight which wasn’t addressed until after the purchase but they made it right. Initially started working with a gal who was a little dishonest and failed to relay info to the gentlemen who actually sold us the vehicle

I sold my used vehicle to this dealership from the Portland area. They offered a fair price and made the transaction very easy even though they were in Tacoma and I was in Portland.

The directions to the service center were not clear. Its not at the Becker Lot listed on the internet. A customer gave us instructions as there was no one there and door was locked. When I picked up the car, I was told everything was fine. They said everything was great and found nothing wrong except they couldn't fix the air pressure signal on the computer end of it. They said that was no big deal. Front Desk and Tech were both super polite. I feel the price was a real value if they actually did anything. I didn't get any paperwork so I don't know what they did. They said they looked the car over and found nothing but the tire pressure thing and they changed the oil. I am assuming from that, the car has no issues.
