Unprofessional. Rude. High prices. One of the worst sales experiences I’ve had in Western Washington, and I’ve purchased a lot of cars. They actually said that new Hondas aren’t selling so they are unable to experiences I’ve had in Western Washington, and I’ve purchased a lot of cars. They actually said that new Hondas aren’t selling so they are unable to take a Honda as a trade in. Why would I ever buy another Honda if they don’t believe in their own product? More

This was my first experience buying a brand new vehicle so I felt pretty nervous but Klein Honda was so easy to work with. I started with their internet department, who was very responsive and upfront with vehicle information and pricing. I only had to show up to sign paperwork/ there was no pressure and no haggling. Raj was so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt at ease with this purchase and would recommend him and Klein Honda to anyone. Thank-you! More
