Big Thumbs Up! Wow, the service department has really exceeded my expectations after a sudden fuel pump failure. For my titan, the fuel pumps have been on back order from nissan for quite sometime (and still are). The first replacement they sourced from another dealer out of state with fast shipping, but it was a dud, looks like the replacement fuel pump was defective because it only lasted me a day, and i had to return to the service department. I expressed my concerns to Riley the service manager , since my titan is my work truck, he listened and understood my concerns got me a loaner car and immediately got his team to source another new fuel pump from another nissan dealer in a different state, paid extra and overnighted the part to get my truck back on the road on time. That is what I call amazing customer service! Thank you Riley and your team!

Abstain yourselves from doing business with this dealership, moreover buying a Toyota. I purchased a brand new Toyota and, 4 years later the paint started peeling off on multiple parts of the car. Ever since, it is been a battle with Toyota and the dealership to get my car repainted even when they submitted a recall about a defect on the paint sealing for that particular model. The recall included a warranty paint. When I took my car in, service manager Ian Hall failed to do an accurate estimate and did not include a pealed the size of a coin in the back of my car. Service manager, Ian Hall and Body shop manager Lisa Coleman have neglected to perform an accurate estimate and both of these individuals and the manufacturer having passing the ball for 4 months now. And, after posting this review I will get a response of “please reach out to this email address or phone number” that’s what I’ve been doing and everybody is absolving themselves from a defect on the sealing paint. I just wanted to post this to warn consumers about the incompetence of this dealership and its manufacturer. Never ever again will buy a Toyota.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the wonderful service Chris Lint delivered. Chris was very informative and open when discussing requesting a vehicle allocation. He answered all of my questions with detail and truth. When the request was fulfilled, he went over my order with me to make sure that it included all the accessories I had requested, and removed the items I did not desire. I made some very specific delivery preparation requests, and he made sure that they were all accommodated. When delivery day came, he made the process as stress free as possible and handled my unique situation with attentiveness. As concerned as I was about issues coming up (I wasn't present for delivery), he made sure that everything was set for a smooth and trouble free transaction. I can't wait to recommend Chris to anyone wanting a new Toyota!

Service department scheduled a recall repair, then tried to upsell for other repairs. They did not call or text to say the truck was ready. Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I couldn't halp myself but expose the ill malice practice of Auto Motion Inc. I have never been lied to, deceived, betrayed or RIPPED OFF by anyone in my life like I have been by Auto Motion Inc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! Having to relive in my mind the huge mistake I made walking into that dealership to write this review makes me ill. I purchased a Mazda 3 early mid-June and 3 weeks later my engine light turns on. I take it in to get a scanner check on the problem and my jaw dropped to the ground when I heard the results. 7 electrical and emissions faulty codes with 12 secondary/related additional faulty codes! I bought a warranty package with the vehicle and when I called the warranty company they straight out told me that my warranty package will not cover this problem. So in other words, I bought a straight lemon! I paid $6500 for this car out the door and drove it for 21 days and I now have a car that doesn’t pass emission to get my plates at DMV and a repair cost of approximately 2k. I was better off carless!! I emphasize, I drove this car ONLY 21 days could I have caused 19 faulty codes in all? I think NOT! The only logical explanation is that Auto Motion Inc covered the codes by erasing them for a time. I’ve done some research and it is possible to cover codes. In addition to the faulty codes the cars carriage is rusted and God only knows what bump on the road is going to crack the frame in half. If you read previous reviews you’ll learn that approximately 7 out of 10 reviews are negatives like mine and the positive ones are 3 lines reviews written by family and friends, most likely. Had I read the reviews on this SCAM company beforehand I would not have walked in there. But I was desperate and these VIPERS smelled blood and took advantage of my vulnerability. When I called Auto Motion the guy on the other end of the line said to me what I repeatedly kept reading on the reviews reply from them, “You’re buying a used car”. Thats their only excuse. I know I’m buying a used car but for $6500 I expect the car to run without problems for at least a year or more not just 21 days!! In conclusion, do your research on this company before walking in there. However, in my opinion, safe yourself some time researching this company and spend your time wisely somewhere else. Take my word for it, you don’t want to go through what I’m going through and stay away from Auto Motion Inc/SCAMMERS!!! By the way Auto Motion doesn't deserve 1 star. I have to rate it something for my review to send. They deserves -10 falling stars.

I’ve been a GMC Terrain owner since 2018 and have always been happy with my vehicle. During a recent visit to the service department for my Terrain’s annual inspection, my mom, who is in the market for a new vehicle, scheduled a 10 AM appointment with Carmelle to test drive a Terrain. We arrived at the showroom at 10:03 AM, but no one was present in the showroom or outside to greet us. After wandering around, Mark eventually entered from the far side of the showroom. I mentioned our appointment with Carmelle, and he informed us she hadn’t arrived yet. Despite this, Mark quickly brought around the vehicle we were interested in, allowing my mom to test drive it without even requesting her driver’s license. While Mark was courteous, the lack of engagement from the rest of the team was disappointing. Upon our return, Mark asked if we had any other questions but didn’t follow up beyond that. Two other employees were seated in a nearby glass office but made no effort to acknowledge us. Ultimately, this lackluster experience led my mom to purchase a different vehicle from another dealership that same day. A more attentive and professional approach could have made all the difference.
