On the morning of Wednesday, July 29, I spoke with Mike and made a clear offer on the vehicle, contingent on it passing a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) that I explicitly stated I would pay for entirely. At that time, your website clearly displayed three distinct price tiers for the vehicle: Market, Internet, and a Coupon price. The coupon price listed was $10,998, which formed the basis of my offer. Mike informed me that he would look into the $10k offer and reach out regarding the coordination of the PPI. Following that call, I received zero response or follow-up from Mike for the remainder of Wednesday or Thursday. Today, Friday, July 31, I called your dealership five separate times throughout the morning. Each time, I was told Mike was unavailable, and he failed to return a single call. When I called back this afternoon, I explained the ongoing situation to the gentleman who answered the phone. Rather than addressing the complete lack of communication, he immediately and dismissively stated that the car is listed for just over $12,000 on the site, and that document fees would bring the total to over $13,000. He showed absolute disregard for the fact that your website actively displayed a coupon price roughly $2,000 lower—a page which I successfully printed out and hold physical proof of. More
