DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Purchased a new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder on April 30th and traded in a 2023 Dodge Charger. The dealership failed to contact my credit union for a pay-off amount and generate the check for over 60 days, which resulted in over $1500 of additional payments that I had to make on the Charger. Shady business practices seem to plague this dealership.

Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we walked in and were promptly greeted then the sales associate proceeded to ask my husband questions while ignoring my existence. My husband asked about another model to which the sales associate jumped to pushing us to make a purchase before we even saw the other model. We explained we are currently looking / in the comparison process as we’re still not sure which vehicle we’d like to go with. He then made a rude comment, you’re just looking at vehicles in the rain? Confused on why he had such a bad attitude my husband answered, it just started to rain. The sales associate then walked away. We felt uncomfortable so we left. Definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and will never be returning nor recommending this location.

A generally poor experience across the board. My wife leased a '24 Taos that has had multiple faulty sensors, a complete gas tank replacement, and now needs a new a/c line, all in just under 2.5 years. A salesman contacted her and offered to get her out of lease, only to spend nearly two weeks playing phone tag before telling her she would have to pay at least 11,000 for the dealership to take the car back. At the time of sale I was promised they would ship in another vehicle from a sister dealership which also never showed. Guess I dodged a bullet there. The service department wanted the vehicle left for two days to diagnose the ac issue, our local Toyota dealer did in under 3 hours. Would not recommend this VW dealer for anything.

Hard to trust I bought this vehicle strictly online without going to the dealership and looking at it once it got shipped to me it had an error code, only one key, and the compartment where the USB and battery charger are will not stay open Eddy the salesman and Brayan the sales manager once I asked them to address these issues they quit answering the phone and text messages Sara in finance was amazing. She went over and beyond what she should have done. I would not have bought this vehicle without her.

I pick up our car and a safety recall was not preformed because Toyota doesn’t have a fix for it yet. So, keating and Toyota together put us in another vehicle and chose to keep my vehicle until there is a fix. How long…… only Toyota knows and no fault of Keating Toyota. Returned after 6 weeks and still no fix for our car. We traded out the vehicle after only getting to drive it for 1 week and 6 weeks in their shop. Boy did we take a beating. We traded in for what was to be a swap out and they screwed us out or $25,500 on or trade. We went back to talked to them just weeks later and all we got was, OH you made a bad deal. These guys are crooks. The guy named Shaun actually stood up and started yelling at my wife and telling us to leave, and wanted one of his salesmen to call 911. How pathetic of a Manager. Totally unprofessional. Do not buy from here unless you bring your lawyer!!!

I would like to describe my car buying experience from start to finish. I was buying my first ever new car. Me and my husband went in to browse. Our dealer was Jerome. We told him we had a large family and needed a 7-seater car. He showed us a couple and after deciding we liked the Sorento, he should us some of those. He told us that it had 7 seats. (I know I should have checked, but also why would I doubt that.) It also had screens and we were told they could screen mirror and our kids could watch shows in the back. We bought the car. When we got home and loaded up the kids, they told us there were only 6 seats and our family wouldn't fit. Bummer but still loved the car and we made it work by taking 2 cars everywhere. We fought and fought and fought to get the screens to work. Hours of youtube and chat GPT and asking friends who had a Kia. I called Kia and they said it was a service issue. Service said it was a sales issue. I called again and they told me to leave my car for the day and service would take a look. After having my car up there for an entire day, I went to pick it up after work. When I arrived the service guy (Noel) said, let's look in the back. I got in the back and turned on the screens and he said, "Ok what is it doing? I was like, "You had my car all day!! Did you not even turn it on?" I then proceeded to update it myself, in front of them, for 25 minutes. Then we tried again, still no luck. He then said, "why don't you google it or ask a friend?" I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR!!! You are the service department. I went home and called the manager the next day. The service manager got us in the next day. Again, had my car an entire day. They weren't able to figure it out and so they had to open a techline case on it. It had been there for 3 days with still no answer. I complained about not having a car for almost a week now, being lied to about the amount of seats, and now being passed around when I bought a brand new off the lot car. I was then passed to the sales manager. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to make this right, "How about we get you into what you want. Something that has the right amount of seats and screens that work." I bought the lie and we traded out the Sorento for a Telluride. I was told it has all the same features. It did not. It does not have wireless apple car play. It did not have the sensors. It did not have the full sun roof. I drove it over the weekend and it kept saying that we needed to update with a USB. So, I took it back today to be detailed (they hadn't done that yet since we bought it) and updated manually. Again, I was without a car all day. I picked it up at 6 and it was still dirty. They washed the outside... and the dealer (Israel) said, "oh they said everything was updated already so you should be fine. So they didn't need to update anything." I pulled up the update and it had still not been ran. I have been lied to, jerked around, spent more on the car than we wanted and I am fed up. I will never go to the Kia lot here again. BUYER BEWARE!

After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review.
