The Check Engine light in my Cadillac went on when I was visiting the area from out of town - the day after Thanksgiving and the day before I had to leave. The Service Department fit me in and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Very grateful they were able to do that. I didn't miss a meal with my family and I didn't have to worry about what would happen driving home with the Check Engine light on. Icing on the cake was that the work was covered under warranty (i.e. no charge). Appreciate their honesty as well as service! More

Do not go here. They will make you waste your time. Most employees in this dealer do not know about the Cadillac cars, and they have very young unexperienced people They will make you waste your time. I ordered a Liriq online and as they were the closest dealer, i selected them. I knew i had to wait for a while, but every time i called to ask about how the process is, how much time it may take, or even some details about the car, most did not even know what i was talking about, and did not care. I had even people from this dealer on the phone, who did not know what type of car the Liriq is. Last week I had a test drive scheduled for a specific time for the Liriq (I already have paid and reserved the car, and was sent a message that a test drive was happening, therefore scheduled a time for it), and after i arrived, i was just send to get to a youngster, who said that as i am not in the list, i was going to be treated as a walk in, and would have to wait till all appointments and walk ins were done. I left and immediately asked for a change in the dealership. They look to have enough business and therefore do not treat customers/prospective customers as they should. NOT FOR ME! I like to give my business to a dealer who knows their stuff, and who treats customers/prospective customers respectfully. More
Approaching day 5 of having my XT6 at this dealership (where I also bought it from) for scheduled maintenance and no updates as to when service will be completed, OR when my vehicle will be ready for pic (where I also bought it from) for scheduled maintenance and no updates as to when service will be completed, OR when my vehicle will be ready for pick up or returned to me. I’m currently healing a TBI issue, so I can’t drive to the dealership to handle this in person. I’ve called for an update, and I was transferred to the service advisor who handled the service order initially. She was with another client, so she was not available to speak over the phone at the moment. I left her a message and I asked her to call me back. I even sent her an email as well. No response yet to either the phone message or email. I am now convinced to never deal with this dealership again. More

After about a week of trying to sell my 2018 Ram 2500 I recieved a phone call from Nathan Bonnette acquisitions manager for Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands offering to purchase my vehicle but needed me to recieved a phone call from Nathan Bonnette acquisitions manager for Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands offering to purchase my vehicle but needed me to bring in to far an in person appraisal so that he could make an appropriate offer. I brought it in,Nathan Bonnette inspected my truck and made me an offer. I felt the offer was too low so I declined, we shook hands and parted ways. I continued to advertise my truck. Two weeks later I moved out of state. Day after Thanksgiving I was literally sitting in the sales office negotiating an awesome black Friday trade in deal when I got a call from Nathan Bonnette pretty much begging me not to sell it because he had a chance to talk to his manager as well as the general manager about my truck and they both said he could purchase it for $3500 more then he originally offered!! I made sure to ask him over and over is this for sure and he assured me YES 100% FOR SURE!!! Still skeptical and stressing to Nathan that I was not wanting to pass on a pretty sweet deal then drive over 800 miles if it wasn't a for sure thing so Nathan Bonnette reassured me by sending me a letter of guaranty with the new offer to set my mind at ease so I stopped negotiating in Oklahoma took additional time off work and drove my truck all the way from Oklahoma to sell to BAYWAY CADILLAC OF THE WOODLANDS. When I got there NATHAN BONNETTE told me he was sorry but there was a mix up but he could only honor the original offer!! Sorry. As I walked out of the dealership very upset I looked back to see Nathan and several of the dealership employees laughing as if this was a common thing that they find funny!! This type of disrespectful, deceptive, unscrupulous business practice has caused a financial loss and will not be swept under the rug!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! More
