If I could give this company a zero I would. This is the worst company the staff is very rude.and will hang up in your face or transfer you to a person that will never answer the phone.Ive calle This is the worst company the staff is very rude.and will hang up in your face or transfer you to a person that will never answer the phone.Ive called 7-10 times trying to resolve a matter.the sales department is the only people who answer. They are HIGHLY racist &disrespectful towards African Americans. Alexa is very rude and does not allow you to speak.We purchased a truck @ 53000 12000 down pymt.2mths later the transmission went out. Purchased a warranty with them thru DOWC for 5,000 which they denied b/c the def system was deleted. They ended up repairing the truck because they knew it was sold under false pretense. So purchase Warranty down the drain.the truck was from Ford motors which Aribba previously owned.we canceled the warranty &was refunded 4,000 which was sent to Arriba which was supposed to be applied to our principal balance to the finance company.but it never was they kept the money and claim we made a claim of roadside assistance with DOWC after we cancelled them.DOWC sent out the refund check to Arriba but To this day Arriba still lie about the refund.WORST purchase ever.Ended up letting the truck go back to finance company-they were full of lies also. Any finance company they give you is horrible. From day one it has been xxxx dealing with Arriba.they are SCAMMERS AND LIARS. Please do your research and do not do any business with them.you will regret it.The previous reviews about their nasty behavior you read are the truth. BUYER BEWARE. More

Purchased a vehicle from company owned dealership called Robert’s Ford. Aribba owned this dealership. Purchased and paid in full for vehicle. Company shut down a few weeks after my purchase. Only dealership they have left open is Aribba Motors. I have never been sent my registration or title to my vehicle and it’s been 4 months now. They license plates they put on car after purchase do not even shows registered to ANY vehicle! I’ve called Aribba, who is handling sending everything out to the customers, and no one will answer the phone. All you get when transferred is a fast busy signal or phone just rings until it cuts off. I have filed complaints with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles on this company. Scam company! Beware and do NOT buy from here! Hopefully they get xxxx down before long too! More

Got a truck from here 15 days ago truck . . Took 38000 loan and purchase a warranty from another company because their warranty was only for 1200 miles and almost $5,000. Drove by me female so . Truck died and started smoking from under hood. I took it to a mechanic after reaching out to dealership to say there was a problem with the truck basically Sam my sales guy it was my problem since I didn't buy their warranty. The mechanic I went to informed me engine was blown . Also stated dealership would have known bad engine when they sold it to me but what is worse they deleted the def system and the catalytic converter which voids out any warranty. Not even their warranty would have covered the truck. So now I am stuck now with a truck note 1200 a month owing 38,000 and I need to get a $20,000 motor . call to ask them what I could do or could they help me and was told again it was my problem and hung up. He said my mechanic should have known since they left me take from 6:00 p.m. to 11 am. The guy that I had look at it said it seems good nothing he could see showed serious issues but he did tell few things to have them fix. Dealership says mechanic could have taken a part motor and checked it. How in that little bit of time and nobody takes a part of motor when someone brings a truck to them. If not knocking or smoke. They fixed motor enough to fool people. Now have a 38,000 loan truck needs a $20,000 motor was told too bad not their problem and hung up on. Apparently deleting def system and catalytic converter is illegal for dealership to stand sell truck. So beware of this place. More
