It was actually a pretty great experience. None of the typical sleazy sales moves. They just showed me the cars I asked to see and let me drive them, and then waited for me to talk to them. They were upfront and honest like people should be. I bought the car and so far very happy with it.

Demontrand Hyundai is nothing but lies and That includes Wes Ortiz the General manager as well as Mark the mgr.and my ales person Erik!I paid cash for a 2024 Tuscon and I can't believe the lies I've been told by everyone at the dealership.My Tuscon was bought 01/04/2025 .i drove it home and parked it as it was late and very cold ,it was dark and I trusted my salesman Erik since my son and wife had just purchased a brand new Palisade.This car was "Peowned"and I was told it had 10,000 miles on it then paperwork revealed it was close to 15,000 milesthe Carfax is a year old so that'sdeceptive ,I was told the car was certified but no paperwork to that effect!The car wasn't clean,had visible scratches not only in front of car but also in the cup bowl and handles,rock chip in windshield the brakes sound horrible and I was told because it had been sitting and the noise would go away and it's still making bad noise,The spare tire was making a loud banging noise and husband figured out where it was coming from.We had to go back to dealership to have it detailed and Erik said it was ok that the spare was upside down??Not even bolted down!The car wasn't clean and has stains to this day on drivers side but the mustard stain on the passenger side Erik made sure that was clean.I went out to get pictures of vehicle for my insurance company the very next day and wow,it has a dent in the back and not even 18 hours after purchase!I immediately called and texted Erik and he said don't worry we'll take care of it,he said he didn't know how he missed it!Then I took the car in to have it fixed and the only option was to claim it in my insurance and I said No!My driving record is spotless then Wes Ortiz said he'd give me a discount to have their body shop fix it for Almost $2,200.!?He said his word is final and I have pictures and he said they have pictures so I said ok,What's the date on those pictures and he said he wouldn't give me that information because that's internal!!I have a right to see anything in reference to a car I paid cash for!So now no paperwork on the certification of the car,Carfax a year old,messed up brakes,rock chip that they said was fixed,Promises they will call me back and never do so I have text messages confirming everything and pictures of the vehicle.ive been straight up about everything with all of them.They are very deceptive but I'm out all that money and I'm a disabled senior citizen and so is my husband!I can't afford another car but Wes Ortiz said he didn't have a Boss but everyone has a boss and I'm going to keep trying to get this taken care of.I need help and I get a GM wia God Complex! Please Don't Waste Your Money At Demontrand Hyundai especially if your senior citizens or young and that's all you have!I'm the only driver in my home and taking care of my sister as well and I Don't Trust This Car.

Do not buy from them at all. I spent over 5000k to fix my car and picked it up and it stopped on me while driving with my infant in the car. Do you think they cared? No. Talked to richard and several other employees. Wouldnt compensate in any way. Just cared about money. Which they took my last and had to walk 30 miles home since i have no family and they didnt over any lyft or anything. I could go on and on. Just dont buy from them please!!!

Unfortunately, this dealership is padding their Google reviews by preying on customers. A family member had a personal cell phone taken by a salesman (Mr. Allen) who proceeded to rate himself 5 stars on Google on my family member's account. This is an unethical business practice and should not happen. Also, they did not even bother to help my relative set up the bluetooth phone connection with the newly purchased car. I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism here.

Thank you to Glenn and staff for such a wonderful car buying experience. I was dreading the car buying process with my 18 year old daughter but we ended up having a great day at Alamo Car Center. They let you shop at your leisure and let you test drive as many cars as it takes to make an informed decision. The inventory is something to be desired but of course that comes with buying used cars at great prices. My daughter couldn't be happier with her choice. She loves her "new to her car". Thanks again to Glenn, you were very forthcoming about problems with certain vehicles which made us so comfortable and trusting.

Please people let’s get together at the Griffith Ford San Marcos bcz there was a break in at the property and it was a technician that Ford had hired. That stole car parts and they don’t want to take responsibility for fixing what was damaged under their watch. Truck had been at that dealership for 6 months bcz they figure out what was wrong with it and we get a letter stating that some vehicles were broken into but they won’t pay for fixing it. Like who does that?? We all need to get together and show up at the dealership bcz the whole county needs to know about this crap.

Dishonest practices. Phone conversations and texts quickly disappeared when arriving onsite. Seems like pretend mystery people are handling deals online and by phone and then nobody knows them when you get to the dealership and the deal is all of the sudden 10k higher than what was already agreed to. Shady process is standard and anyone who works there knows the game and plays dumb. Go to Tomball Hyundai for a straight forward deal with Chris S. the sales manager. Test drive at NW Hyundai and then get out of there as fast as you can.

The salesman (Micheal Allen) tried to clean an adhesive on the dashboard of my brand new Camry with a very strong solvent. It took off the finish of the dashboard and left a large white spot. After a month of me trying to get it resolved the spot is better, but still there. I am very disappointed the salesman tried to clean it off himself, but more disappointed in the lack of responsibility the dealership took in addressing the issue.

They advertised a van for $20,981 on CarGurus and their website, but when I tried to purchase it, they added a non-optional $2,500 fee for a “car care package.” This fee was not disclosed in the advertised price and was only mentioned in small print on their financing page. When I asked to exclude the package, they refused and claimed it’s required for all vehicles. This deceptive pricing practice is misleading and unfair. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for transparent and honest pricing.
