I got a used car from burleson nissan on 5/1/26. This would be my 4th vehicle from here. Plus my wife got a new car from them. . So with all 5 we spent around 120,000 dollars since 2017. My problem was with the person I signed all the paperwork with. Scotty showed me 2 different options. And 45 month loan or a 60 month. I chose to 60 month. We waited around a hour and a half to sign the paperwork. When we were signing the guy said oh they want do the 60 month option and just keep on going. It wasn't a question. Yes I know I signed it and got the car but I dont feel this is how you treat repeat customers. They were supposed to get me a review mirror. They said it would be there in 2 days. We'll 6 weeks later no call so I called and asked. They said yes it been here. I also called to see if me registration sticker was there and the lady I talked to said yes its been here. She said they called on June 1st. I checked my call log. No call. Also she was beyond rude. By the way if nissan reads this my wife wanted to trade her 2023 rogue for a new one. She has a brand new toyota highlander

We purchased a used truck from Orr Preowned three weeks ago. Paul was friendly and easy to deal with. The dealership said the sunroof would be repaired before we purchased the vehicle. There have been two substantial rains since our purchase and it has an OBVIOUS leak. Now there is water in the floorboard and the passenger side carpet is SOAKED. I have reached out to the dealership to address this and we have received NO HELP or resolution. They have NO intention of taking care of the customer after a sale. You would be better off and wise to AVOID Orr altogether! I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend these folks!

I bought a 2020 Chevy truck 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. The transmission went out one year after purchasing the truck which they warranty, but didn’t pay for a rental car and cost me my truck two months of downtime that I had to pay for out of my pocket. My credit score is always been 650 to 700. I have never owed anything. They used a company called TD auto finance to financially screw me over the purchase price of my used truck was 39,000. I have paid $27,000 total payments and I still owe $33,000 on my truck 2 1/2 years later I knew better because I’ve paid several vehicles off in my lifetime. I need to get outside financing because they are financial crooks, but I will never use them again. I will never send anybody there and I will never give them positive word-of-mouth my children that will both buy vehicles will not be from there and they will overall lose business because of what they did to me financially, I understand the transmission issue and their shop is always backed up. Their turnaround time is horrible. They don’t pay their technicians. They don’t pay anybody and they take money from everyone. They use shady financial institutions to xxxx people financially so they are done in my eyes. I will never go back there. They might have made a bunch of money off me in one deal, but they could’ve made a lot more money off me over repeat service and I will never go back there and get screwed over like that financially.

Honest & friendly people! Yes... They are slow AF when it comes to service, but they're honest, communicative, and do great work, which makes up for the pace. They even called me the day after they finished their work to give me some money back that they accidentally overcharged - super honest & unexpected. San Antonio is filled with HORRIBLE Dodge dealerships (talking to you, San Antonio CDJR on I35), Steele is not one of them. They're a stark contrast to the other Meccan Dodge Dealerships, insofar as they're actually good people. Get your cars from Steele, get your service from Steele (if you have 2-4 days to kill), avoid the I35 guys like the plague.

Called and asked for quote of B123 service. Quoted me $530 which was comparable to other written quotes I received from other dealerships. Since I was close to dealership I dropped it off but then the added $123 extra dollars to the quote for basic air filters which can be easily done at home are are the “2” of the 123. They blamed me for the miscommunication but I feel they were purposely dishonest and misleading. Very disappointing experience.

His experience and respect for a repeated customer won my sales. I had already decided to give my business to another dealership in Dallas. But David's persistency in getting me a good deal was his goal. He worked on my deal on his day off and between his chores . He did not stop till I got the numbers correct on my 2026 Tundra 1794. Now that's like a GM !!! Wow !!! Salesperson Makayla was very understanding even though she did not get much help from Tina. Makayla ,you will do good and progress through .Keep up the good work!!
