I have been a loyal Sewell customer since 2011 and currently own both a BMW X3 and a Lexus GX 460. During a recent oil change, my son called me for authorization to perform a brake fluid flush. I immediately declined the service, and he informed the service advisor not to perform it. Despite this, the service was completed and added to the final bill. When I asked how this happened, I wasn’t refusing to pay—I simply wanted an explanation. Instead, the service manager Travis compared the situation to “eating dinner and refusing to pay,” which I found rude and disrespectful. I expected better communication and customer service from Sewell. I hope management reviews this incident and improves its service process. More

BMW of Plano has a Carpro Representative, Max Steamer who we contacted with and who made the introduction to Tayler Boss who was the primary Point of Contact and who we did the test drives with. He also explained some of the features of the X7 when we finally agreed on the make, model and options. A relative long process that lasted beyound the dealerships working hours. Very good experience. Would recommend those two to others looking to purchase a BMW or Mini at this dealership. More

I recently visited BMW of Plano for a tire replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Cody Garcia, was incredibly helpful—professional, courteous, and genuine and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to listen to every concern I had about the car and coordinated directly with the shop foreman, Brad, who even joined me on a test drive to better understand the issue. The service team treated my vehicle with great care: they covered the white seats and mats, washed the car, and returned it spotless. So far, this has been the best customer service experience I’ve had at any BMW dealership in the DFW area. Highly recommend their team. More

However, I was told the keys were with another sales representative named Jef. Unfortunately, Jef’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to his behavior, I decided not to proceed with the purchase at all. This was a disappointing experience, and I would expect better treatment from a dealership representing BMW. More
Each of my service experiences at Sewell BMW of Plano have been exceptional, but in my recent interaction with Mallory and Mike Pope (Service Manager), I was once again reminded that Sewell simply does i have been exceptional, but in my recent interaction with Mallory and Mike Pope (Service Manager), I was once again reminded that Sewell simply does it better. They were never dismissive of my frustration with an A/C issue I was having in my 2022 X5 and did their best to accommodate me where possible. Mallory also went out of her way to dig into an issue I was having with Progressive Insurance related to windshield repair. I can't speak highly enough about the service level and professionalism I have experienced at Sewell BMW of Plano. A huge thank you to the team there -- from a Sewell customer for life. More
