1. They kept my car in the service dept longer than they said for a warranty repair, which wouldn't have been a big deal but they wouldn't give me a loaner. I asked to speak to my salesperson and they said said for a warranty repair, which wouldn't have been a big deal but they wouldn't give me a loaner. I asked to speak to my salesperson and they said that she would reach out. They had me panicking because I'm a Hospice nurse and I only have one vehicle. I even left a voice message for the GM. Well when the shuttle driver got me back to the dealership, I found Alissa, my salesperson and it took her all of 2 seconds to tell me that she could put me in a loaner. I also needed my car back by the next day because I left town on Saturday to go to MS. Well I got the car back the next day but when I took it to the car wash the very next morning there is a HUGE dent in the passenger side front quarter panel but I had to leave to go out of town to see a dying relative. Every time the service dept said they would call me back, they never did and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone else on the phone. Even the GM NEVER returned my call. I'm VERY disappointed with the whole ordeal. Alyssa was AWESOME when I could get in touch with her. I had to drive to MS and just texted her with pictures of the dent. We'll see if they are going to make it right but I don't have much hope for that. As a nurse, I get very upset with the crappy customer service these days. If I was their nurse and gave them the same service, they would probably suffer and die. Just saying More
