This is absolutely a joke of a dealership. When you buy a certified pre-owned truck from them and not even make first payment on truck the motor takes a dump and needs new engine. Their response sorry nothing we can do for you but it will cost you around 8k for a new engine. Highly recommend to stay far far away from this dealership. Also when my Son N Law bought this truck there was a document that his signature was forged on not even close to his handwriting and signature. Go else where to do your business More

The main ones of these I've dealt with recently--Robert and Ivan--always know who I am when I call, always call me back when I leave a phone message, and always call me about the progress of the service being done to my vehicle. All of these guys have become personal friends. I have bought nothing but Kias for the past 40 years, and one of the main reasons for this is that Kias are so dependable AND this dealership is the only local one I will ever deal with. More

Terrible purchase experience from Retired Military out of town customer. I agreed on a purchase agreement over the phone with a very nice sales representative (“MO”) and received pictures over the phone from town customer. I agreed on a purchase agreement over the phone with a very nice sales representative (“MO”) and received pictures over the phone from another very nice representative “Erin”. I got my paperwork together and my wife and I arranged to make the 3 hr drive to buy the vehicle when via email we were sent a breakdown with an additional $250 of fees I did not agree to. To be clear the dealer stated these were standard and I don’t dispute that. It is just the fact that I didn’t agree to them on the phone. After discussing the confusion I agreed to meet in the middle and pay $125 over the disagreement but the Sales Manager refused to make any adjustment at all. Not $1. In my personal opinion I can not trust a dealership that would take up so much of a customers time and one willing to drive 6hrs round trip and not be courteous of all that wasted time and effort for $125. This sales manger lost this sale, this customer and I would certainly not recommend this dealership to any of my Veteran friends or family. This was a terrible experience that was totally unnecessary and disappointing. I would have probably spent more than that on Floor mats and am also in the market for another Kia in December. I will not consider San Angelo Kia with this same Sales Manager. They totally lost my trust More
