Terrible purchase experience from Retired Military out of town customer. I agreed on a purchase agreement over the phone with a very nice sales representative (“MO”) and received pictures over the phone from town customer. I agreed on a purchase agreement over the phone with a very nice sales representative (“MO”) and received pictures over the phone from another very nice representative “Erin”. I got my paperwork together and my wife and I arranged to make the 3 hr drive to buy the vehicle when via email we were sent a breakdown with an additional $250 of fees I did not agree to. To be clear the dealer stated these were standard and I don’t dispute that. It is just the fact that I didn’t agree to them on the phone. After discussing the confusion I agreed to meet in the middle and pay $125 over the disagreement but the Sales Manager refused to make any adjustment at all. Not $1. In my personal opinion I can not trust a dealership that would take up so much of a customers time and one willing to drive 6hrs round trip and not be courteous of all that wasted time and effort for $125. This sales manger lost this sale, this customer and I would certainly not recommend this dealership to any of my Veteran friends or family. This was a terrible experience that was totally unnecessary and disappointing. I would have probably spent more than that on Floor mats and am also in the market for another Kia in December. I will not consider San Angelo Kia with this same Sales Manager. They totally lost my trust More

The dealership is great but the service dept. has been a nightmare. We've had to take our vehicle in 4 times to get the display to quit flickering and/or turning off.
