I paid for a service and then after driving off I discovered KIA never did it. I went back and had to spend additional time there. While waiting, the tech was going back and forth from my car to anot discovered KIA never did it. I went back and had to spend additional time there. While waiting, the tech was going back and forth from my car to another. I had already had my vehicle there 5.5 hours and had to bring it back so it should have been a priority. Also, estimated time for pickup is always off. Additionally, I have had to make the follow up calls because I was waiting for a part to come in and although I was told I’d get a call when ready to schedule, no one called. More

I’ve been to the service dept at Kia of San Angelo three times now for various maintenance. Every time the experience has been professional and excellent. I have used the comfortable waiting area a couple of times and was able to work on my laptop while my car was serviced. I will return to Kia of San Angelo for all my service needs. More
