I have brought my 2023 Chevy Tahoe in 4 times to get the radio and car charger fixed. I’m told that their is nothing they can do, but can call me when they get it figured out. Never heard of a dealer saying that. I brought it in and they tell me at 2:45 that the guy had to leave and didn’t want to help me. Never heard from the manager either. I have bought several Chevrolets and never been treated like this from Lone Star Chevrolet.

I sent a mechanic to check the car, and found it in GOOD condition, as described. Rocky didn't pressure me, he was patient as I found funding. He even gave me helpful tips and suggestions! Service appointment was awful. Service guy was an hour late after changing appt time from 10:30 AM to noon. Once started, failed to keep me informed; had to hunt him down. Job was a 15-min recall program update to transmission software. Finally got my F-150 returned at 2:00 PM. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles fro Joe Myer. This visit was par for their decline to poor support.
