I was admittedly spoiled by the exceptional customer service I received at BMW Sewell, and when I purchased my LR4, I transitioned to Park Place with high expectations. That said, I wanted to take the time to recognize Donte Dean for providing a truly outstanding experience. From our very first interaction, Donte was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to exceeding expectations. He kept me informed throughout the entire service process, proactively providing updates and ensuring I always knew the status of my vehicle. What stood out most was that he treated me as though he truly valued and wanted to earn my business. That level of care and customer focus is rare and greatly appreciated.
