I've bought at least 10 new cars over the years and this was probably the best transaction. Friendly, professional interaction with the salesman (Matthew Bartell). Fair, somewhat flexible pricing on the trade-in and truck pricing. Artan Jabbar was also top notch in financing/extended warranties. Note to manager - if a person buys an extended warrant, there should be a handout listing exactly what they bought.

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.

He made sure to include the repair technician, Rob, in our conversations to prevent any misunderstandings. Rob was knowledgeable and professional, quickly and efficiently diagnosing the problem. The parts department also enhanced the overall service by promptly ordering and supplying the necessary parts, resulting in a fast turnaround time for the repairs. Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error
