I’ve bought two Toyotas from Street. They are wonderful. My 4Runner and now my Toyota Tundra are great! Street made me a great deal on both and they gave me a great deal when I traded in my 4Runner. The service dept is top notch and my “Detail Man” Chris has been amazing helping me get the accessories I wanted. He was especially helpful getting helping me find the right tires to change out the “old man tires” on my truck. I have had several friends and family buy from from Gary at Street and I will continue to buy from them and have my Toyotas serviced there. Street is the best and the customer always comes first. It is nice to go to Street and know they will always take care of you, be honest with you and steer you the right way. Thank you Gary, I love my Tundra, it’s me! And Chris, wow, you’ve helped me so much. To the Service dept, you guys rock!

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.

He made sure to include the repair technician, Rob, in our conversations to prevent any misunderstandings. Rob was knowledgeable and professional, quickly and efficiently diagnosing the problem. The parts department also enhanced the overall service by promptly ordering and supplying the necessary parts, resulting in a fast turnaround time for the repairs. Additionally, the service manager, Jack, went above and beyond to help resolve an unrelated problem I was facing. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly stood out. Nate and Mark were wonderful, patient, and explained everything in depth. I went in telling them exactly what I was looking for and they provided several options. There was no hesitation when I asked for each CarFax and were happy to explain any differences. When the price still was not where I wanted, they looked at every possible avenue to get it where I needed it. Mark also personally checked with the service department several times to make sure the car I was wanting had zero issues. I decided I wanted the evening to look things over and there was no added pressure from Nate or Mark. After several text messages and phone calls later of further questions and explanations, we found an agreement. The next day after signing papers, I met with Ivan who was very personable and made the financial process smooth. Overall, these three gentlemen made the process easy and quick. If you need to buy a car, Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville is the place you need to go!

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error
