I scheduled an appointment on Friday and explained my overheating warning and weak A/C, which clearly pointed to a bad water pump — and that was indeed the issue. Despite having an appointment, I wasn’t seen until Monday and was directed to the express lane, where I waited 45 minutes while they figured out who my service advisor would be.
