My kid purchased her first car. We were there ALL DAY waiting for paperwork after she was approved. We get in to sign papers and I notice there is a 3,600. Extended warranty and I asked for it to be removed and was told in order to purchase that car at that price, it was required, but could be immediately canceled. Papers signed and went home and googled it is illegal to force a buyer to get the extended warranty. Messaged to finance manager, Rachel, went unreturned and when going through sales messages still were not returned. Finally received a return call and she got on the computer and quickly said it was canceled. Finally got through to a person at the warranty number who said it was not canceled. This has been going on for over a month. Do not buy from this dealership. Anyone who would deceive a kid trying to buy a car to get to work isn't worth a dime. More

Adrian was very nice answered all my questions.
