I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to Shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury after it was in a pretty bad hail storm we had in Dublin on May 10th. The main damage was to the panoramic sunroof, which had to be replaced, and I know it wasn’t an easy job. I want to say that my service advisor Jada Long was awesome! She was super nice, professional, and answered any/all questions I had throughout the process. I appreciate the work the technicians did and I’m very satisfied. Also they had my car fully detailed. Everyone was friendly and helpful even before we went inside. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their service center!

The Philpott Hyundai dealershiexperience was phenomenally wonderful. They were courteous organized, experienced, knowledgeable, and did not play games making reasonable offers. They treated this mature senior woman with respect, and did not assume I was a novice consumer. While this was the first Hyundai I have purchased I had done some shopping online and had talked with many friends who had experience with Hyundai ownership. I love that they didn't have me walk around the property. They brought the car to me. Thanks guys! I was pretty tired. Thanks for making me feel a part of the wonderful Hyundai family!

Supper nice guy and made the experience at the dealership wonderful. I highly suggest you bring your vehicle to them. They have earned our business with my daughters car. They even got the car delivered to us when it was done. A+ business!

My experience was ok but it could have been better. They could have given a complimentary wash with purchasing products through maintenance checks. I'm unhappy dew to wires being left out and hanging under my dash board. I was told by Bryan that my car would be finished by Wednesday when they told me to come up there and I did but it was not ready so he said they would be finished on Thursday and I could pick it up that Friday. When I made it the car wasn't finished and I had to wait 3 hours which made me miss my doctor's appointment
