I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota Tundra from John Roberts Toyota in Manchester Tn. I met with salesperson Will Rigsby. We I arrived Will came out to great my wife and I. Will asked what we were interested in and he got the keys to the truck. We took the truck for a test drive and liked the truck and Will asked what it would take to earn my business? I told Will what I had to have for my truck and he said ok let's see if we can get this deal done. Will came back and we got the deal done. Outstanding Service and Compassionate Team This past weekend, my college-aged son and his friends found themselves stranded late Friday night multiple states away from home due to a broken water pump. With college classes starting Monday, they needed to get back home by Sunday. First thing Saturday morning, we called Chuck Hutton Toyota and were fortunate to speak with Brian Hicks, the Service Drive Manager. Brian was nothing short of amazing—kind, understanding, and proactive about the situation. Thanks to Brian’s exceptional coordination, the car was repaired that same day, and my son was back on the road by 1 PM. Everyone we encountered, from the parts department to the service department, was incredibly helpful and professional. Even though this dealership isn’t local to us, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area. Had a great buying experience. Bought a Grand Highlander Hybrid out of state, as these are currently a hard find in my area. Landers McLarty was selling the car below MSRP, whereas our local dealer charges a 'market adjustment' and puts on dealer addons. Paid my deposit over the phone and about a month later got a call that the car had arrived. Flew into Nashville and dealership had arranged an airport pickup to take me to the dealership. I was in and out within an hour driving the car home. No surprises at closing and paid what was agreed upon when paying the deposit. Sales person I worked with was "DJ". Highly recommend this dealership.
