The guy up front was helpful, but this is the second time they have tried to put my staggered tires on the wrong way when doing a rotation. I’m not sure if it had any damage while they drove it but truthfull they have tried to put my staggered tires on the wrong way when doing a rotation. I’m not sure if it had any damage while they drove it but truthfully not pleased by that. I also waited about an hour and a half for an oil change. It was busy but I also scheduled the appointment so I’m confused why it was that busy. I don’t know if I’m being charged for labor the whole time either, and I can’t see what the hourly rate is on the receipt which I think is a problem. They also did not do the rotation after they realized they put them on wrong, and put them back on the same way they were before. I almost walked out of the door paying for a rotation and one wasn’t done. I had to go back in and tell them a rotation was not done from side to side for it to be fixed. The appointment before this I paid for an air filter and the mechanic told me they didn’t put it in, and he went ahead and put it in. What if I didn’t come back I also would’ve paid for something that wasn’t done! I will not bring my car back again if another problem happens. More
