The car buying process itself was smooth, and the staff was helpful. However, the advertised vehicle wasn't quite ready for purchase. We drove a long way to test drive it, only to find it hadn't been cleaned or inspected yet. While that wasn't a major issue, it would have been nice to know beforehand. More importantly, we discovered a problem with the back hatch after we decided to buy the car. We assumed it would be fixed as part of the deal, but then we were told it would cost over $1,000 to repair - more than our down payment! Thankfully, the dealership worked with us to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a positive experience, but the initial hiccups with the car's condition kept it from being a perfect 5 stars.
