The excellent price, remote negotiation and contracting, and home delivery made this the best dealer experience ever! However there were a few misses that prevent me from a 5 star review. The vehicle was de and home delivery made this the best dealer experience ever! However there were a few misses that prevent me from a 5 star review. The vehicle was delivered with only one key and no temp tag, so I could not legally drive my new car for several days. It was also several days later that I signed the power of attorney for the DMV paper work. I was never initially asked what plate I want. When signing the DMV paperwork I indicated I wanted a specific plate and could write a check for the difference. After checking back a couple of times I was told the next week it was too late and I was stuck with the standard plate. Not the end of the world, but I was looking forward to the other plate design. In Addition the vehicle was delivered without being detailed. There was residue on the window from the Windsor sticker, the inventory sticker was still on the windshield, and the interior of the windshield had a film on it with the suction cup marks from the manufacturing. While I appreciated the rushed delivery, items were clearly overlooked. I would have been fine waiting a day for paperwork and delivery prep to have been done properly, but then I guess the dealer would not have met their quota for the month. More
