I noted "Yes" above, but with reservations. The salesman,Elliot, misrepresented the truck when he stated that all safety systems had been inspected and verified were in operating condition. We didn't discover that the parking/emergency brake did not work until we attempted to apply the brake after the sale when we arrived home. I understand we purchased the truck "As-IS", but are very disappointed we were given a sales pitch that misrepesented what the dealership had verified regarding the operation of a "safety system." Elliot also stated he personnelly check out the truck and everything worked. More

Fred, David, Elliott and the new kid (forgot his name) were all wonderful to work with. Let me test drive sometimes twice in same vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell but worked with me to meet my needs. David in finance went above and beyond to work with my budget and was transparent about the figures. Both Elliot and David were respectful of my time and did not play the negotiation waiting game that I have experienced elsewhere. They made the stressful experience of choosing a vehicle as easy as it could be, working with me every step of the way. More

The good: I needed to drive down from Seattle to buy the car and they had it 100% ready with staff there to greet me and jump right into a test drive. He was receptive and moved with purpose. In general the staff was warm and helpful. The bad: 1) I spent $85K on a 1 year old Yukon and was given ONE key fob. I've now had to spend two trips to my local dealer and FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to buy and program a new fob. And of course it wasn't until I was walking out the door to drive the car home at the end of the day that this information was presented to me. If I'd have known, we could've had a new fob programmed during negotiation when the car was just sitting there. 2) I shouldn't have been surprised by this: they present one vehicle price online, with fine print which no one reads. Be ready to be surprised - they added $2K of "options" to the vehicle in a ceramic paint coating and theft recovery, neither of which can be removed. When the salesperson tried to provide justification for the price increase by showing me the fine print it only made me frustrated. Don't pull this crap on people. If you want to add those options, then reflect it in the online price. Or endure this lovely low rating. That kind of behavior is why people hate car dealerships - be better than that. 3) Not awesome: I had to endure political rants from my salesperson in the slack times during negotiation which soured the experience. And during our test drive I repeatedly asked for guidance about where to turn so we could head back to the dealership and was given confusing instructions which made it feel like the salesperson didn't know where we were going or they just weren't paying attention. More
