The website states they are a dealership that does not make customers feel pressure into buying. I felt pressured especially when I asked if they could do an extra $500 on the trade in and they told me th make customers feel pressure into buying. You called a ton of dealerships in 5 mins? Also, they told me a 2nd key fob will come with the used vehicle. It was a key fob that has serious battery corrosion and doesn't work. I asked them to replace and straight up they said they won't. GM's response, "We can't check every key fob that comes with a used car". (Insert Middle Finger here) So the 10 seconds it takes to press a button on a key fob is too much work for them I guess. The Jeep I bought has a wheel alignment issue, it also had food/beverage splatter all on the interior of the roof. Poor customer service, would NOT recommend this dealership. Go next door and buy a Jeep or anywhere else on McLoughlin. Adam Mixer was the salesman and he was about the only thing right with this place. More
