I have bought about 20 cars in my 30 years of driving and this was one of the easier processes I've had. Many things were worked out on the phone. I was a little disappointed when the numbers changed once I had arrived in person, but we were ultimately still able to do the deal. I've always hated the back and forth psychological game that must be played in order to purchase a car, but for the most part the process wasn't bad. Charles was very helpful throughout the process and kept me in the loop while having to wait on the GM.

When it was time to get a new vehicle I asked my service writer for a salesman and he directed me to Chauncey Lee. We found a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that my wife liked and with zero games was shown an offer that was fair to both parties. No games played just strait up dealing. No pressure and the finance manager was just as strait forward and honest. Would greatly recommend Fowler for your vehicle needs. For sales ask for Chauncey Lee and for service Tony Garcia both are good honest workers who will deal you strait and fair.

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.
