On May 13th 2026 I arrived at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to pick up my car. It had been at this location for servicing since early February to replace my engine and transmission. After paying for services rendered I walked outside to drive my car home. I noticed a dent to the back right passenger side that was not there when I had my car towed to the shop. I addressed this with my service adviser Allan. He stated the shop was unsure of when or how this occurred but that before and after photos had been taken of my car so they would pay to fix the dent. I dropped my car back off at the facility on May 15th to have the dent repaired. I was called that day and told that the dent itself was fixed but that the buffer and paint to the area would have to be done a different day. An employee of the shop came and picked me up from home and took me to the shop to get my car that same day. During the car ride he informed me that he told his boss that he did not think the dent in my car was there before arriving at the shop. At one point I started recording this admission incase anything else came about with this issue that I needed to prove(Oklahoma follows a one-party consent law ). So it can be reasonably assumed this dent was caused by the shop and either the person who did it never said anything or they were being careless around my car. I dropped my car back off June 2nd to have the remaining work completed on my car. I called June 8th and spoke to Allan to check on the status and was told the equipment needed to paint the area on my car was broken. He stated he had known this since Saturday so the fact that it took me calling them at 450pm on Monday to find this out doesn’t make sense. Allan told me that the repair to the paint on my car could be done at my house and that my car was free to be picked up. I picked my car up on June 9th, I left the shop with my car at 355pm. Once I got home I realized the headlights on my car would not turn off. I called the shop at 432pm and told them this issue. They told me to bring my car back to them. Once getting there the same day my car was looked at but that actual problem could not be determined at that time. I was given a ride home and told call the next day to get an update. I called on June 10th and was told it was an issue with the wiring under my dash board and that it would not be covered by the shop. What are the chances that the headlights on my car start acting up within 40 minutes of me picking it up? Wouldn’t it be more likely that this was an issue created while my car sat in this shop. Mind you my car has been in and out of this shop since early February to early June. 3 months straight of that time was from early February to mid May. What’s more likely? That I caused this issue within having my car for 40 minutes or that it occurred while sitting in a shop for months. Not to mention an employee has already confirmed that damage had been done to the body of my car while in the shops possession. More

Not pleased No signs directing service area. Took 2 hours on a scheduled oil change., cabin filter change , wiper change. Basically had to figure everything out on my own. Will not return to this dealership More
