My vehicle was there for days and didn’t get seen very xxxxxx off about this. When we called to check on the said vehicle it was next in line with no communication to me so we now have to wait until the n xxxxxx off about this. When we called to check on the said vehicle it was next in line with no communication to me so we now have to wait until the next time we can do without the vehicle until we can get it fixed. This is one of the reasons that I will never buy another vehicle again from Lawton Chrysler ever again because of no communication with the customer. The next reason is because you have a gigantic flag pole with no American Flag on it going on about six years since you put one up you might want to rethink that and realize what town you’re in because this is a Military town and it doesn’t show that you support the troops. I’m not the only Service member that feels this way a lot of Fort Sill feels the exact same way. If there was another Ram Dealership close by we would have taken it there instead of to you. If was you I would show more support for the troops. More

Team, I was a little upset with how my vehicle was handle. They got it in ok, but it seems like it took hours to get it my vehicle. I saw vehicle come in after mind and get service before me. I got there a 0800 and left there after 1200 o'clock. just for my vehicle to be put on the computer for a diagnosis of what my truck is doing. I still like the dealership, but actions like this can make me go to other places. More
