After shopping three different Jeep dealerships, I figured I’d share my experience in case it helps someone else. Bob Moore: This was where my husband bought his Jeep. Right away, they wouldn’t honor the online price they were advertising. The first numbers they brought us were thousands of dollars higher. When I questioned it, I was told, “Well, you’re not military, so you don’t qualify for that price.” The problem? The rebates I was looking at were national rebates, not military or dealer-specific incentives. Even after showing them their own website, they continued insisting they couldn’t honor the advertised price. After a lot of back and forth (and even walking out once), my husband did end up buying a Jeep there, but it was nowhere near the deal I believe we could have gotten elsewhere. A few days later, I went back looking for my own Jeep. They lowballed my trade-in, used the same pricing tactics, and I walked away. Joe Cooper: I first worked with the Yukon location. I had an appointment scheduled to test drive a specific Jeep, only to find out shortly before my appointment that they couldn’t even get it there. Then I was told the others I wanted were in an off-site lot and it would take a couple of hours to retrieve one if I picked which one I wanted. After doing my own research, I discovered those Jeeps were actually sitting at the Shawnee dealership, so I just drove there instead. While they had a better selection, I ran into another issue: they also wouldn’t honor their online pricing. They told me the advertised price only applied if I financed for a very short term (three or four years), and anything longer meant the price increased significantly. That wasn’t disclosed anywhere in the online pricing I saw. They also weren’t competitive on my trade-in. Fowler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram: What a completely different experience. I connected with Joe Roberts over the phone Friday morning, and from the beginning he was transparent, honest, and respectful of my time. He got me in quickly for a trade appraisal, explained why they couldn’t directly take my Nissan lease, and instead gave me several options—including one that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Everything that morning took 15 minutes total. That afternoon I returned, I test drove exactly what I wanted, and from arriving at the dealership to driving home in my new Jeep—including financing, paperwork, setting up the vehicle, and connecting my phone—I was done in under two hours. Most importantly: They honored their online pricing. They were upfront about everything. They worked to get me the payment I wanted. They got me an interest rate that reflected my excellent credit. They even discounted the warranties to help keep my payment where I wanted it. They made me believe that buying a vehicle doesn’t have to feel like a war. If you’re shopping for a Jeep, I can’t recommend Fowler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram enough. Ask for Joe Roberts. After visiting multiple dealerships, the difference in honesty, transparency, and customer service wasn’t even close. More
Ethically suspect at best - debased morals at worst. Was interested in purchasing a vehicle with myself travelling from out of state and had an agreed upon price, pending a pick-up date (negotiations to Was interested in purchasing a vehicle with myself travelling from out of state and had an agreed upon price, pending a pick-up date (negotiations took too long a flight was too expensive last minute). Salesman claimed it was "sold after he left for the day" after all terms were agreed upon. I have a hard time believing this, as pricing negotiations were at the Sales Manager and GM level. No call, no notice, just a message saying sorry it was sold. While I can understand that some may state they are a business, and I do respect that, selling it after agreed upon values and a schedule crosses my personal ethical lines. Buyers should beware - they claim to be a "family business" that does things on the up and up. They did not live up to this standard in my case. More
I take my Jeep Grand Cherokee to use their service department and have not once been misinformed or misled about what is needed. When it was time to get a new vehicle I asked my service writer for a s department and have not once been misinformed or misled about what is needed. When it was time to get a new vehicle I asked my service writer for a salesman and he directed me to Chauncey Lee. We found a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that my wife liked and with zero games was shown an offer that was fair to both parties. No games played just strait up dealing. No pressure and the finance manager was just as strait forward and honest. Would greatly recommend Fowler for your vehicle needs. For sales ask for Chauncey Lee and for service Tony Garcia both are good honest workers who will deal you strait and fair. More

Clement Etta helped us purchase a used Jeep. Knowledge was strong and he was very professional. Jeep was priced right online and I would have given them 5 stars if the online price was the total Knowledge was strong and he was very professional. Jeep was priced right online and I would have given them 5 stars if the online price was the total price. We were able to meet somewhere north of the middle. Car buying experience was above average and online price being the total price out the door would have rated 5 stars. More
Bought a used 2500, price we agreed on was $48k. Once I got all the papers in, I realized they jacked the starting price up to $55k, before adding all the other crap to it. These people are liars a Once I got all the papers in, I realized they jacked the starting price up to $55k, before adding all the other crap to it. These people are liars and scam artists. Also I was told on the phone by the salesmen Steven I would get free oil changes for life, after it’s all said and done, I paid $4200 for 3 oil changes. Probably the worst car dealership in the metro. Stay away! More
Sales performance was strong; however, Service Manager Scott exhibited unprofessional conduct. His repeated attribution of vehicle issues to customer error, despite recurring problems with a 2024 Jeep Gr Scott exhibited unprofessional conduct. His repeated attribution of vehicle issues to customer error, despite recurring problems with a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (12k miles), is unacceptable. His disregard for customer safety, evidenced by releasing a vehicle with known safety defects that nearly resulted in accidents, is deeply concerning. His threat to involve law enforcement over a loaner vehicle return, while simultaneously dismissing safety concerns, is egregious. Recorded evidence supports these claims. Furthermore, his reprimand regarding employee interactions is disproportionate to the severity of the safety risks he allowed. The potential for rear-seat unlatching, posing a significant child safety hazard, highlights Fowler Dodge's failure to ensure vehicle safety before release, a matter of serious concern. More
I had a great experience in buying my first vehicle from Fowler Dodge. Clement was my sales rep who was working with me and helped me with any question I had and was always going above and beyond. I reminded him that we had scheduled it a week prior to bringing it in so that we could avoid this delay. He went on to inform me that the clock starts ticking when dropped of, NOT according to any schedule. We picked the car up 10/14/24 at 4:00 PM. The car had not been looked at by anyone. I was not asked why I was picking it up without it being looked at. I did ask the young lady in service to pass along my extreme displeasure with the lack of service that required NO MORE than 15 minutes "total time" for a real technician to diagnose the mentioned problems. ⦁ l get the car home and we hear a rattle on the front passenger side top of engine and when shut down one of the plastic radiator fans is rubbing on its frame just before it completely stops. ⦁ If that's not enough it also NOW when fist started, the top passenger side of the engine has what sounds to be a loud spark detonation loud enough to be heard from inside of the car. ⦁ Stand over the engine outside and you wonder if that part of the engine is going to explode. I have been a mechanic all of my adult life and I know engines. This engine has serious problems at no more than " 41014 " miles??? ⦁ The service department at Fowler Dodge South OKC is FAR from being a customer oriented business. If I could give zero stars that would be more proper than one. M.C. Gulliver Sr. More
