Me and my husband went to the dealership and we found a ram rebel which we thought was the only ram rebel on their lot and got approved in seconds then when we got home, we started looking through their we ram rebel which we thought was the only ram rebel on their lot and got approved in seconds then when we got home, we started looking through their website and found a lifted ram rebel that they had on their lot which actually one of the salesman was driving so I’m guessing that’s why we weren’t able to see it so we called the salesman to be able to come up there to see that truck and he acted like it was a huge deal that we wanted to change our mind and look at a different truck that we were actually wanting to look at. He basically told us that we would not get approved if we changed our mind even though the truck was only a $6000 difference. And the salesman was rude with us all because we wanted to switch the trucks so we decided no we were not going to deal with this dealership again and came here to put a review on how our situation was handled. The next day we got called from a manager telling us that he would fix our problems to come up there so we can get the truck that we wanted once we got there, we drove the truck we loved it. We wanted to do a deal. He said he would have to get the banks you know to get us approved which we thought would be no issue because we had just gotten approved within seconds with another bank so we figured it was $6000 more of a truck. It wouldn’t be a big issue to get approved again. Then they keep pushing us off for days and then they finally text us and tell us that we did not get approved…. Bashir was our first car salesmen that we had complained about … and then they wanted us to take the review off immediately and come up there and they would fix our issue, but then they just knit picked everything after we left that complaint on there it’s just crazy how you get approved and seconds one day and then a week later you don’t get approved so I would be very careful with this dealership. More

The overall experience was great, especially considering I was buying a new vehicle. Everything was very cut and dry—no xx that you might get at some dealerships.
