She went over and above in every aspect of the purchase: knowledge of the car, transparency, flexible to our needs, and overall just great to work with. Anastasis gets my highest recommendation.

I have now bought 4 new Toyotas from South Dayton Toyota - RHurt

I have now bought 4 new Toyotas from South Dayton Toyota over the last 7 years from Sonny the same Salesman. I have been totally satisfied with the sales process and more importantly the vehicles. Just bought my 2nd RAV4 replacing my 2020 which I didn't have one issue with. My wife loves her 2023 Sienna. My daughter loves her 2019 4Runner. Again no issues with any of them. Trade in values were always as good as selling with the realized tax savings. I will be back to this dealer when in the future. My only complaint is that Toyota will no longer let you order a new vehicle but that’s where this dealer works so well with you to get the vehicle you want.

They are very truthful about what needs to be done right away and what does not need to be done right away and can wait. They make sure you get in your car ok and open the door for you when you are ready to leave. You as a customer is taking good care of you. Also, they do their job correctly. I will only take my car to Toyota

In the sales process I worked with two very helpful, experienced, and authentic salespeople who worked to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome of our work together: Pat Marcin and Avaughn Wells. Both of them were "people focused" and asked what would make me happy, and represented my interests to their buyer, financial advisor, and management. I received very good value on my trade, and on the lease arrangement we negotiated. I will be pleased to recommend them and the dealership to friends who are considering a new or used car purchase.

We were in the market for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander - Subie94

We were in the market for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum and were not expecting Ferris Toyota to have one available on the lot so soon. The vehicle had everything we were looking for and more—especially the Wind Chill Pearl exterior paired with the Portobello interior. I reached out to Ferris Toyota and worked with Ryan. We completed the deal remotely and were able to secure the vehicle below MSRP, along with the trade-in value I was looking for.
