In over 60 years of trodding the good Lord’s planet, this is the best dealership we have ever found. No pressure. They were responsive and treated us like a person and not a sale. They are the complete package – from managers to shop bay staff. They easily bested another area dealership in every way. We were traveling 6 hours to see a nearly new Tacoma. The sales manager (Tim) went out and took pictures of the under carriage and checked for smoke odor to help us decide whether the truck was worth the journey. Our salesman, Dave, had expert knowledge on all vehicle features and warranty. He courteously and patiently answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to completely top off the fuel tank and touch up a few (very small) paint nicks before we took possession of the vehicle.
